<h5>Booth Application</h5>
<p >Fort Worth Antiquarian Book Fair provides booths for exhibitors on the floor of The Ballroom. Booths are 8 feet by 8 feet and come with, 8-foot tables, ID badges, two chairs, and bags and seals, for a fee of $700. For additional tables for a booth is $150. No booth will be over five tables. Single 8-foot tables are $350 and two is $550. It is very important that you fill in both pages of your Booth Application as soon as possible. Changes in Name Badges, All tables shall be clothed and may be provided for $5.00 for each table. Electricity hookup is $10.00 if required. Program Listings, and Table Numbers should all be made before September 1st. Please ensure that you’ve signed the form in the appropriate place. Please keep an extra copy of this form for your personal records.</p>

Some dealers wish to take advantage of the unique architecture in building by exhibiting in store fronts that line the main floor. Store front spaces are various sizes and are supplied with benches on all four sides with a glass window from the out side, an exhibitor sign, ID badges, two chairs, bags and seals, for a fee of $1200. It is very important that you fill in both pages of your Alcove Application as soon as possible. Changes in Name Badges, Program Listings, and Table Numbers should all be made before June 1st. Please ensure that you’ve signed the form in the appropriate place. Please keep an extra copy of this form for your personal records.
Dallas Antiquarian Book Fair provides booths for exhibitors on the floor of The Coliseum. Booths are 8 feet by 8 feet and come with, covered 8-foot tables, an exhibitor sign, ID badges, two chairs, and bags and seals, for a fee of $900. It is very important that you fill in both pages of your Booth Application as soon as possible. Changes in Name Badges, Program Listings, and Table Numbers should all be made before June 1st. Please ensure that you’ve signed the form in the appropriate place. Please keep an extra copy of this form for your personal records.
